Do you work with existing installations, or only new projects?

Both. A large part of our work is retrofits and migrations of existing machines — including older PLCs that have lost their program after a power failure. We also deliver completely new automation projects from scratch.

Which platforms and brands do you work with?

We are multi-platform: Siemens (TIA Portal, Step 7), Omron (Sysmac), Beckhoff (TwinCAT) and CODESYS, plus WAGO. We work in the environment your machines already use, rather than forcing a single vendor.

What does a project cost?

Every project is quoted individually after an on-site or remote assessment, because scope varies enormously between a small retrofit and a full MES rollout. You always receive a detailed written quote before any work begins — no surprises.

Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?

Yes. We offer monthly support and maintenance contracts, including remote access for fast diagnostics, so problems on your line can often be resolved without waiting for an on-site visit.

What geographic area do you serve?

We are based in Timișoara, Romania, and serve manufacturers across Romania and Central Europe. Remote support extends our reach further; on-site work is scheduled around your production windows.

In which languages can you provide documentation?

We provide bilingual technical documentation in Romanian and English, and we also communicate in German. All deliverables are documented so your team can operate and maintain the system independently.
